•Jody Lee Vanetten, 45, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentence to discharge.
•Tayts Lindsey Scott, 49, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $1,500 fine-suspended and 6 months driver’s license suspension (sentence to discharge).
•Sterling Harrison Severe, 27, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to three counts of Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 6 months jail and 1 year post-prison supervision for each count, and $450 attorney fees.
•Kevin Justin Bryant, 34, Woodland, Wash., pleaded guilty to Aggravated Theft I: sentenced to 24 months Oregon Department of Corrections (DOC), 2 years post-prison supervision and $200 fine; pleaded guilty to Burglary II: sentenced to 18 months Oregon DOC and 1 year post-prison supervision; pleaded guilty to a second count of Burglary II, Possession of Methamphetamine, Criminal Mischief I and Criminal Mischief II: sentences discharged.
•Daryl Scott Frederickson, 41, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Fleeing or Attempt to Elude Police Officer: sentenced to 15 months Oregon DOC, 2 years post-prison supervision, $200 fine, $500 compensatory fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Reckless Driving: sentenced to $200 fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension.
