Sentences

PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Ricky Lee Ellison, 31, La Grande, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 6 months jail, 1 year post-prison supervision and 6 months driver’s license suspension.

•Michael Edward Savage, 28, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine and $1,300 fine-suspended, plus attorney fees (conditional discharge).

•Cruz Castillo Gutteriez, 50, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Attempt to Commit Class B Felony: sentenced to 45 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections (DOC) and 5 years post-prison supervision; pleaded guilty to a second count of Attempt to Commit Class B Felony: sentenced to 30 months Oregon DOC and 5 years post-prison supervision.

•Pamela Lois Lund, 56, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, $200 fine and $1,800 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Adrian Alberto Guerra, 29, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to two counts of Unauthorized Use of Vehicle and one count of Theft II: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine, $2,300 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension.

•Donald Murray Laprelle, 58, La Grande, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 10 days jail, 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 100 hours community service, $250 fine and $750 fine-suspended.

•Nathan Charles Burton, 35, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Aggravated Harassment-domestic violence: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 240 hours community service and restitution to be determined; pleaded guilty to Harassment and two counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentenced to 90 days jail for each count; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I: sentence discharged; pleaded guilty to three counts of Attempt to Commit Class A Misdemeanor: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended for each count.

•Alexis Jose Ramos, 27, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Delivery of Cocaine: sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, $500 fine, $3,500 fine-suspended and 6 months driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Possession of Cocaine: sentenced to $200 fine and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to DUII (diversion revoked): sentenced to 40 days jail, 140 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $2,255 fine, $1,000 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Jessica Maria Picard, 32, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 20 hours community service, $100 fine and restitution to be determined, plus court costs and fees.

•Leon Glenn Wagoner, 53, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 60 days jail, 120 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 180 hours community service, $2,255 fine, $1,500 fine-suspended and 3 years driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Reckless Driving and Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, $100 fine and $1,650 fine-suspended for each count; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II: sentenced to 3 years probation and $100 fine, plus court costs and fees.

•Tara Noel Whitmore, 30, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Possession of Stolen Vehicle and Failure to Appear I: sentenced to 40 days jail and $200 fine for each count; pleaded guilty to Failure to Perform Duties of Driver-property damage and Reckless Driving: sentenced to 40 days jail and $100 fine for each count.

•Cody Scott O’Grady, 29, transient, pleaded guilty to Escape III: sentence to discharge.

•Jacob Miles Stewart, 26, Weston, pleaded guilty to Felon in Possession of Restricted Weapon: sentenced to 5 days jail, 175 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $250 fine and $750 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Damon Fernando Ornelas, 23, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Attempt to Commit Class C/Unclassified Felony and Resisting Arrest: sentenced to 7 days jail, 173 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $100 fine and restitution to be determined for each count, plus court costs and fees.

•Brian William Bush, 53, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 180 days jail and $399 restitution.

•Anthony Thomas Toombs, 31, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 120 hours community service, $1,755 fine, $4,750 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Jennifer Lynn Shelton, 45, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Theft III: sentenced to 15 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation, 18 hours community service, $100 fine and $400 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Shane Daniel Bond, 28, Athena, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 60 days jail, 120 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 160 hours community service, $2,005 fine, $1,750 fine-suspended and 3 years driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Salvador Campos, 28, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended.

•Karen Doris Hamilton, 55, Myrtle Beach, S.C., pleaded guilty to Giving False Information to Police: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $1,400 fine, $1,000 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension.
