Sentences

PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Lori Marie Crandall, 37, Baker City, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to conditional discharge.

•Jakob Raymond Kerby, 19, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Attempt to Commit Class A Felony: sentenced to 75 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections (DOC), 10 years post-prison supervision and restitution to be determined.

•Shawn William Schnell, 33, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to Identity Theft: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service and $200 fine, plus restitution to be determined; pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Heroin: sentenced to $200 fine and 6 months driver’s license suspension for each count (discharged); pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I: sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service and $200 fine; pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $100 fine and restitution to be determined, plus court costs and fees.

•Robert Roy Bidlen, 55, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Aggravated Theft I: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 120 hours community service, $10,000 compensatory fine and $7,500 restitution.

•Frank Jesse Walker, 38, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Theft I: sentenced to 13 months Oregon DOC, 1 year post-prison supervision and $200 fine, plus restitution to be determined; pleaded guilty to Unlawful Entry Into Motor Vehicle: sentenced to $100 fine (sentence to discharge); pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to $100 fine and 6 months driver’s license suspension (sentence to discharge); pleaded guilty to Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentenced to 364 days jail and $100 fine.

•Patricia Maria Urrutia, 35, Nyssa, was convicted of Possession of Cocaine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service and 6 months driver’s license suspension; was convicted of Theft II: sentenced to 15 days jail, 165 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation and 120 hours community service.

•Andrew Quinn Lefore, 48, Walla Walla, pleaded guilty to Delivery of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 160 hours community service and $200 fine.

•Christopher Ryan Collinsworth, 24, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Assault of a Public Safety Officer: sentence to discharge; pleaded guilty to Resisting Arrest: sentenced to 14 days jail, 166 days jail-suspended, 5 years probation and $500 fine.

•Spencer Carl Seitoku Hull, 35, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Unauthorized Use of Vehicle: sentenced to 22 months Oregon DOC, 1 year post-prison supervision, $200 fine and $2,620 restitution; pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and Theft II: sentences to discharge.

MISDEMEANOR

•Walter William Chandler, 43, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Carrying Concealed Weapon: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 20 hours community service, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Antonio Charles Aguilar, 46, Tucson, Ariz., pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 2 days jail, 178 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 160 hours community service, $2,005 fine, $1,750 fine-suspended and 3 years driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Etgar Samir Mendoza Castillo, 30, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Menacing-domestic violence: sentenced to 90 days jail, 90 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation and $500 fine; pleaded guilty to Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentenced to 60 days jail, 120 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation and $500 fine, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Harassment: sentenced to 30 days jail, 60 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 60 hours community service, $100 fine and $195 restitution; pleaded guilty to Attempt to Commit Class A Misdemeanor and Criminal Mischief II: sentenced to $100 fine for each count (discharged).

•Tamarra Dove Bergstrom, 33, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Assault IV: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation and 80 hours community service.

•Jose Luis Arevalo, 56, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to two counts of Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 90 days jail, 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation and $2,000 fine for each count, plus court costs and fees.

•Gerardo Lara Diaz, 55, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $2,255 fine, $3,000 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Carlos Moreno, 26, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to $490 and enrollment in Diversion Program; pleaded guilty to Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $1,000 fine-suspended and 3 months driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Reckless Driving: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, community service and 3 months driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.
