FELONY

•Baxter Richard Solmonson, 32, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Delivery of Methamphetamine Within 1,000 Feet of a School: sentenced to 3 years probation; pleaded guilty to Endangering the Welfare of a Minor: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended and 3 years probation.

•Jordan Isaac Carey, 28, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Criminal Mistreatment I: sentenced to 21 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 3 years post-prison supervision, $200 fine and $878 restitution.

•Scott Allen McIntosh, 48, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Unauthorized Use of Vehicle: sentenced to 22 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 1 year post-prison supervision, plus drug package; pleaded guilty to Tampering With a Witness: sentenced to 24 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 2 years post-prison supervision, plus drug package; pleaded guilty to Theft II, Driving While Suspended/Revoked and Criminal Trespass II: sentences to discharge.

•Shavon Lee-Onne Newton, 19, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine and $1,800 fine-suspended (conditional discharge).

•Skyler Lee Kendrick, 23, Heppner, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation,90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 100 hours community service and 6 months driver’s license suspension.

MISDEMEANOR

•Anna Louise Richards, 32, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Assault IV: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 80 hours community service and $250 fine.

•Paul Vicente Thompson, 27, Boise, pleaded no contest to Assault IV and Criminal Trespass I: sentenced to 10 months jail for each count.

•Ernesto Jimenez Espino, 48, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 50 hours community service and $1,000 fine, plus court costs and fees.

•Raymond Wesley Dunn, 46, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct II: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation and $200 fine, plus court costs and fees.

•Jeremy Clayton Bergstad, 37, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Failure to Report as Sex Offender: sentence to discharge.

•Jessica Mary Anna Collins, 28, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Interfering With Peace/Parole/Probation Officer: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 40 hours community service and $100 fine, plus court costs and fees.
