•James Brian Halfmoon Jr., 19, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Attempt to Elude Police Officer: sentenced to 3 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 1 year post-prison supervision and 1 year driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty ot Felon in Possession of Firearm: sentenced to 15 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 2 years post-prison supervision; pleaded guilty to Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentence discharged.
•Alejandro Gutierrez, 19, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Endangering Another Person Protected by Family Abuse Prevention Act Restraining Order and Tampering With Witness: sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, 120 hours community service and $200 fine for each count; pleaded guilty to Assault IV: sentenced to sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation and $100 fine.
