FELONY

•Corey Joe Spence, 38, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Assault IV-domestic violence (felony); sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, $190 fine, $500 comp fine and $1,750 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Michael Allen Dodson, 39, Walla Walla, pleaded guilty to Escape II; sentenced to 2 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $440 fine and $2,000 fine-suspended, plus court assessment.

•Evelyn Riley Speedis, 20, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine; sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $1,440 fine, $1,500 fine-suspended and 6 months driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Felon in Possession of Firearm; sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 100 hours community service, $190 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended, plus court assessment.

•Gerald Candelario Gonzalez Jr., 22, Walla Walla, pleaded guilty to Escape II and Assault of Public Safety Officer; sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $140 fine and $1,800 fine-suspended, plus court assessment, for each count.

•Holden Dean Holt Smith, 22, Arlington, pleaded guilty to Attempted Rape; sentenced to 100 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 10 years post-prison supervision, $140 fine and $4,800 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to two counts of Sexual Abuse III; sentenced to $40 fine and court assessment for each count.

•Kristofer Lee Webber, 26, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Robbery III; sentenced to 18 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 1 year post-prison supervision, $140 fine and $10.96 restitution, plus court assessment.

•Alejandro Javier Nunez, 36, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Failure to Report as Felony Sex Offender; sentenced to 13 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 2 years post-prison supervision and $440 fine, plus court costs and fees.

MISDEMEANOR

•Abelardo Arzate Arroyo, 27, Irrigon, pleaded guilty to Strangulation-domestic violence; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $690 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Jacob Michael Ellis, 26, Enterprise, was found in Contempt of Court-punitive; sentenced to $100 fine.

•Ramon Armando Valenzuela Ruiz, 23, Boardman, pleaded no contest to Failure to Carry/Present License; sentenced to $440 fine plus court assessment.

•Keith Byrd, 45, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Discharging Weapon Across Highway; sentenced to $200 fine plus court assessment.

•Manuel Ramirez Casas, 30, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $690 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•John Bradley Cole, 47, Pilot Rock, was found in Contempt of Court-punitive; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended and 2 years probation, plus attorney fees.

•Amber Michelle Lykken, 43, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to DUII; sentenced to 2 days jail, 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 120 hours community service, $1,685 fine and 3 years driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to a second count of DUII; sentenced to 2 days jail, 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $935 fine and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Gregorio Toves Torre, 36, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII; sentenced to 30 days jail, 180 days jail-suspended, 30 months probation, $1,435 fine, $1,750 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Robert Ralph Webb Jr., 65, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Physical Harassment; sentenced to $90 fine plus court assessment.

•Bradley Charles Freeman Clark, 50, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct II; sentenced to $40 fine plus court assessment.

•Taylor Robert Parks, 22, Hermiston, pleaded no contest to Harassment; sentenced to $90 fine and $684 restitution, plus court assessment.

•Gary Dean Wilkins, 54, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Resisting Arrest; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 60 hours community service, $40 fine and $900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass II; sentenced to 30 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 20 hours community service and $40 fine, plus court assessment; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 60 hours community service, $140 fine and $800 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to two additional counts of Failure to Appear II; sentenced to $40 fine plus court assessment for each count.
