Suits Filed

PENDLETON — The following suits have been filed in Umatilla County courts:

PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Victor Manuel Diodoro, 24, Kennewick, Wash., pleaded guilty to Attempt to Elude Police-vehicle; sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 120 hours community service, $140 fine, $1,300 fine-suspended and 90 days driver’s license suspension, plus court assessment; pleaded guilty to Attempt to Elude Police; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 10 hours community service and $40 fine, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Recklessly Endangering Another; sentenced to $40 fine plus court assessment.

•Nicolas Lucas Rhorer, 29, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Strangulation-domestic violence (felony); sentenced to 27 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 2 years post-prison supervision, $190 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Assault IV-domestic violence (felony); sentenced to $140 fine plus court assessment; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I; sentenced to $140 fine plus court costs and fees.

•Collin Michael McIntyre, 24, Boise, Idaho, pleaded guilty to Felon in Possession of Firearm; sentenced to 15 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 2 years post-prison supervision, $440 fine and $2,000 fine-suspended, plus court assessment.

•Ted Randall Weems, 23, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Theft of Identity; sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, $140 fine and $1,300 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Credit Card Fraud; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, $40 fine and $900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Yvette Lynn Woller, 39, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to two counts of Theft of Identity; sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, $140 fine and $2,300 fine-suspended for each count, plus court costs and fees.

MISDEMEANOR

•Justin Lee Springer, 29, Pendleton, was convicted of Disorderly Conduct II; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $40 fine and $1,900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Jeffery Todd Jones, 49, Milton-Freewater, pleaded no contest to Criminal Trespass II; sentenced to $375 fine plus court assessment.

•Joseph Gomez Marin, 20, Walla Walla, pleaded guilty to DUII; sentenced to 30 days jail, 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $685 fine, $1,000 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Damian David Richards, 41, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Contempt of Court-punitive; sentenced to 90 days jail, 90 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation and $400 fine-suspended, plus court assessment.

•Justin Kirk Roberts, 31, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Physical Harassment; sentenced to 30 days jail, 90 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 30 hours community service, $240 fine and $700 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Jacob Michael Ellis, 26, Enterprise, pleaded guilty to Assault IV-domestic violence; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $40 fine and $900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II; sentenced to $40 fine plus court assessment.
