Sentences

PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Breann Michelle Smith, 31, Walla Walla, pleaded guilty to Possession of Cocaine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended.

•Amanda Renee Cazares, 32, Hermiston, pleaded no contest to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine and $1,050 fine-suspended; pleaded no contest to a second count of Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to $200 fine (sentence discharged).

•Marcus Thomas Rhorer, 37, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief I: sentenced to 18 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections (DOC), 2 years post-prison supervision, $200 fine and $1,865.40 restitution.

•Victor Manuel Cisneros Ornelas, 38, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to two counts of Identity Theft: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units and $200 fine for each count, 10 days jail, 80 hours community service and restitution to be determined; pleaded guilty to Assault IV-domestic violence: sentenced to 30 days jail, 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 100 hours community service and $250 fine.

•Darwin David Smith, 30, Irrigon, pleaded guilty to Theft I: sentenced to 6 months jail, 1 year post-prison supervision, $200 fine and $270.12 restitution.

•Stephanie Marie Costa, 22, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Attempt to Commit Class B Felony: sentenced to 5 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 100 hours community service and $200 fine, plus restitution to be determined.

•Jason John Trickel, 38, Pendleton, pleaded no contest to Identity Theft: sentenced to 30 months DOC, 1 year post-prison supervision and $200 fine.

•Gary Charles Cross, 39, Jefferson, Ore., pleaded guilty to Custodial Sexual Misconduct I: sentenced to 5 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 200 hours community service and $200 fine; pleaded guilty to Official Misconduct I: sentence discharged.

•David Christ Hauser, 25, Salem (OSP), pleaded guilty to Assaulting Public Safety Officer: sentence discharged (restitution to be determined).

MISDEMEANOR

•Katherine Jo Capehart, 44, Echo, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 80 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,500 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Interfering With Peace/ Parole/ Probation Officer: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, $100 fine and $1,900 fine-suspended.

•Troy Douglas Wharton, 45, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 60 hours community service, $1,000 fine and restitution to be determined, plus court costs and fees.

•Carroll Vance Ball, 74, Milton-Freewater, pleaded no contest to Harassment: sentenced to $400 compensatory fine and $100 fine.

•Michael Allan Tinker Leon, 55, Weston, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 5 days jail, 175 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $150 fine and $850 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II: sentenced to 5 days jail, 175 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Christopher Joseph Cooklin, 49, Two River, Wis., pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct II: sentenced to 10 days jail; pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass II: sentence discharged.

•Ryan Stephen Lee, 28, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct II: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation, 20 hours community service, $250 fine and $500 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.
