Sentences

PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Dustin Dale Rodriguez, 27, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Delivery of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 21 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections (DOC), 3 years post-prison supervision, $500 fine and 6 months driver’s license suspension.

•Cecil Alvin Magden, 55, Roseburg, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 40 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,500 fine-suspended.

•Patricia Lynne Sorensen, 53, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Criminal Mistreatment I and Coercion: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units for each count, and $75 fine; pleaded no contest to Attempt to Commit Class A Misdemeanor: sentence to discharge.

•Oscar Castaneda, 26, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine and $800 fine-suspended.

•Nicolas Landeros Garza, 19, Irrigon, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 2 years probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, $200 fine, 6 months driver’s license suspension and restitution to be determined; pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief II: sentenced to 10 days jail and $100 fine (discharged); pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I: sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, $500 fine and $2,500 fine-suspended, plus attorney fees.

•Glenda Loretta Fisher, 39, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Delivery of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 3 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service and 6 months driver’s license suspension.

•Victor Flores Martinez, 39, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to Fleeing or Attempt to Elude Police Officer: sentenced to 2 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, $500 fine, $4,500 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentenced to 20 days jail, 160 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, $100 fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•George Luis Angel, 24, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 2 years probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,000 fine, $1,005 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus restitution to be determined; pleaded guilty to Reckless Driving: sentenced to 90 days driver’s license suspension.

MISDEMEANOR

•Christina Marie Riley, 27, Echo, pleaded guilty to Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation and $100 fine, plus court costs and fees.

•Clarissa Orozco Estrada, 21, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $250 fine, $750 fine-suspended and restitution to be determined, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Failure to Perform Duties of Driver-property damage: sentenced to 90 days driver’s license suspension (discharged).

•James Lee Johnson, 63, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Assault IV-domestic violence: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 30 hours community service and $1,750 fine-suspended.

•Matthew David McQuin, 44, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 4 days jail, 176 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $2,255 fine, $2,000 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Joseph Higheagle Jr., 30, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass II; sentenced to 5 days jail and $100 fine.

•Javier Roque Roque, 28, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Telephonic Harassment: sentenced to 60 days jail and $100 fine; pleaded guilty to a second count of Telephonic Harassment-domestic violence: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 100 hours community service and $100 fine.
