Sentences

PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Ricardo Rodriguez Villarreal, 34, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to two counts of Attempt to Commit Class A Felony: sentenced to 50 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections (DOC), 5 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, $200 fine and $4,800 fine-suspended for each count (sentences to be served consecutively), plus attorney fees and restitution to be determined.

•Brandon Adam Simpson, 40, Ontario (SRCI), pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentence discharged.

•Lacy Dedier Vigil, 45, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Heroin: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $500 fine and $750 fine-suspended.

•Lancen Boyd Malone, 41, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Burglary I: sentenced to 30 months Oregon DOC, 3 years post-prison supervision and restitution to be determined; pleaded guilty to Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police Officer: sentenced to 3 months Oregon DOC, 1 year post-prison supervision and 1 year driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Reckless Driving: sentenced to 3 months jail and 1 year driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Theft II and Criminal Mischief II: sentenced to 90 days jail for each count and $100 restitution.

•Michael Allen Martin, 71, Hermiston, pleaded no contest to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 5 sanction units, jail, 18 months probation, 85 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units and $200 fine; pleaded no contest to DUII: sentenced to 76 days jail, 104 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, $2005 fine, $1,750 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded no contest to Reckless Driving: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended and 3 years probation.

•Venesiah Rose Broncheau Thompkins, 19, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Fleeing or Attempting to Flee Police Officer: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 100 hours community service, $50 fine, $1,000 fine-suspended and 3 months driver’s license suspension.

•Anthony Gerald Aldridge, 48, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Attempt to Commit Class B Felony: sentenced to 5 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units and $200 fine; pleaded guilty to Unlawful Use of Weapon: sentenced to $200 fine (sentence to discharge).

•Cody Ray DuBois, 29, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Theft I: sentenced to 30 months Oregon DOC and 1 year post-prison supervision; pleaded guilty to Identity Theft: sentenced to 18 months Oregon DOC, 1 year post-prison supervision and $312.25 restitution; pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief II: sentence discharged; pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine, two counts of Felon in Possession of Restricted Weapon and Theft III: sentences discharged.

•Jason Dale Snow, 29, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to conditional discharge; pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 1 year probation and enrollment in Diversion Program; pleaded guilty to two counts of Forgery II and one count of Theft II: sentenced to $148 restitution (sentences to discharge).

•William Cole McCamman, 26, Ontario (SRCI), pleaded guilty to Assault III: sentenced to 60 months Oregon DOC and restitution to be determined.

•Christopher Robin Calvert, 39, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Theft III and Failure to Appear II: sentenced to 15 days jail and $100 fine for each count.

MISDEMEANOR

•Andrew Douglas Verdugo, 29, La Grande, was convicted of False Swearing and Unlawfully Purchasing Firearm: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $250 fine and $1,750 fine-suspended for each count, plus court costs and fees.

•Miguel Angel Arreola Jr., 43, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Assault IV: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $150 fine and $6,100 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•David Leon Colbray, 29, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Interference With Making Report: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $100 fine and $1,650 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Rhonda Colgrove, 38, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 1 year probation and enrollment in Diversion Program.
