•Mikyla Marie Zwieg, 23, Silverton, pleaded guilty to Theft I and Fraudulent Use of Credit Card: sentenced to 2 years probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine and $1,800 fine-suspended for each count, and $6,360 restitution, plus court costs and fees.
•Ellamae Ann Pike, 46, Athena, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 40 hours community service, $400 fine and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus attorney fees.
•Jessica Renee Brown, 31, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units and 80 hours community service (conditional discharge).
•Kimberly Ann Weems, 51, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Oxycodone: sentenced to 10 days jail, 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 20 hours community service and 6 months driver’s license suspension.
•Athena Annette Antelope, 53, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police Officer: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine, $1,800 fine-suspended and 90 days driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $2,000 fine and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.
•Nickolas Clyde Hunt, 35, Meacham, pleaded guilty to two counts of Assault IV-domestic violence: sentenced to 25 months Oregon DOC, 2 years post-prison supervision and restitution to be determined.
•Cody Cyle Boyer, 26, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Encouraging Child Sexual Abuse I: sentenced to 45 months Oregon DOC, 3 years post-prison supervision and $200 fine.
•Jacob Wavel Hunt, 36, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Attempt to Commit Class B Felony: sentenced to 50 months Oregon DOC, 5 years post-prison supervision and restitution to be determined.
MISDEMEANOR
•Jennifer Marie Constantin, 36, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 1 year probation and enrollment in diversion program, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Reckless Driving: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, $100 fine, $1,900 fine-suspended, $1,575 restitution and 90 days driver’s license suspension.
