Pendleton — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:
FELONY
•Jeremy Wayne Smith, 40, of Irrigon, pleaded guilty to second-degree burglary; sentecened to 30 months in the Oregon Department of Corrections.
•Oscar Miguel Mejia, 31, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty to felon in possession of a firearm; sentecened to 30 months in the Oregon Department of Corrections, two years post-prison supervision, $200 in fines and fees.
MISDEMEANOR
•James Ralph Dave Jr., 41, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicants; sentenced to 60 days in Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, three years of probation, one year suspention of driver’s license, 160 hours of communtiy service work, $1,750 in fines and fees, and other restrictions.
•Justin Lee Dean, 28, of Pendleton, pleaded no contest to strangulation and guilty to second-degree failure to appear; sentenced to two years of probation, 20 hours of communtiy service work, $3,200 in fines and fees, loss of firearm rights, and other restrictions.
