Sentences

PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Devin Lindsey Christensen, 26, Irrigon, pleaded guilty to Theft I: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, $200 fine, $1,800 fine-suspended and $7,650 restitution; pleaded guilty to Unauthorized Entry of Motor Vehicle: sentenced to 30 days jail and $100 fine; pleaded guilty to Burglary I: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 240 hours community service, $200 fine, $4,800 fine-suspended and $350 restitution; pleaded guilty to Possession of Heroin: sentenced to 2 years probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, $200 fine and $1,800 fine-suspended (conditional discharge).

•Anthony Michael Ross, 27, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Heroin: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 60 hours community service, $250 fine and $1,500 fine-suspended; pleaded guilty to Failure to Perform Duties of Driver-property damage and Reckless Driving: sentenced to $100 fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension for each count, plus restitution to be determined.

•Joseph Higheagle Jr., 30, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 3 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 1 year post-prison supervision and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I: sentenced to 3 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 2 years post-prison supervision; pleaded guilty to Giving False Information to Police; sentence discharged.

•Demetri Andrew Brockie, 33, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 2 years probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $1,800 fine and $200 fine-suspended.

•Kimberly Marie Chenoweth, 44, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I: sentence to discharge.

•Danny Edgar Covarrubias, 25, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 100 hours community service, $200 fine and $1,650 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Attempt to Commit Class A Misdemeanor and Theft II: sentences to discharge.

•Anai Plata, 36, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to diversion program.

•Emon Samantha Abling, 63, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to diversion program.

•Jonathan Heath Nuttall, 27, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Failure to Perform Duties of Driver-property damage: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 100 hours community service, $500 fine, $2,500 fine-suspended, restitution to be determined and 90 days driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Omar Garcia Figueroa, 26, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Unlawfully Purchasing Firearm: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $750 fine-suspended.

•Alayna Jessie Porter, 27, La Grande, pleaded guilty to two counts of Recklessly Endangering Another: sentenced to 18 months probation, 30 hours community service and 90 days driver’s license suspension for each count, $100 fine and $1,650 fine-suspended.

•Richard Carl Holden, 47, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $2,000 fine, $1,255 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Alvaro E. Cardenas, 24, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service and $2,000 fine.

•John Earl Egerer, 29, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to three counts of Unlawfully Purchasing a Firearm: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation and 80 hours community service for each count, $1,000 fine and $750 fine-suspended (one count) and $100 fine (two counts), plus court costs and fees.
