FELONY

•Nancy Lorena Berrones, 53, Walla Walla, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service and $1,500 fine-suspended (conditional discharge); pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass I: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 onths probation and 40 hours community service; pleaded guilty to Theft III: sentence discharged; was convicted of Failure to Appear I: sentence to discharge.

•Kimberly Kay Koenig, 28, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, $500 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Anthony Len Haigh, 22, Salem (SCI), pleaded guilty to Theft I: sentenced to 6 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 1 year post-prison supervision and $200 fine.

•Samuel Mideles Posada, 50, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Felon in Possession of Firearm: sentenced to 30 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 2 years post-prison supervision and $200 fine; pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 12 months jail, $100 fine, $255 fine-suspended and lifetime suspension of driver’s license; pleaded guilty to Felon in Possession of Restricted Weapon and Menacing: sentences discharged.

•Marco Antonio Carillo, 29, Umatilla, was convicted of Escape II: sentenced to 48 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 5 years post-prison supervision, $200 fine and $464.03 restitution; was convicted of Assaulting Public Safety Officer and Resisting Arrest: sentences discharged.

•George Rodriguez Cantu, 25, Walla Walla, pleaded guilty to Manslaughter II: sentenced to 75 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 3 years post-prison supervision and restitution to be determined.

MISDEMEANOR

•Jose Luis Cerda, 34, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct II: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 40 hours community service and $100 fine, plus court costs and fees.

•Patricia Lynn Ammons, 55, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $250 fine and $1,500 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Pedro Antonio Covarrubias Espain, 23, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Failure to Perform Duties of Driver-Injured Persons: sentenced to 10 days jail, 170 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 100 hours community service, $100 fine, $1,900 fine-suspended and restitution to be determined, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to $100 fine and $100 attorney fees (sentence discharged).

•Paul Randal Addleman, 55, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Menacing: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $500 fine and $1,500 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Leonel Murillo, 19, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Unlawful Possession of Firearm: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $200 fine and $800 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Lee Allen Curry, 59, Pendleton, pleaded no contest to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 30 hours community service and $2,300 fine, plus court costs and fees.

•Charla Rae Fisher, 65, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $750 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Rachel Marie Horn, 45, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Assault IV: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation and $1,750 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.
