•Chelsea Rae Hammon, 25, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, $100 fine and $1,900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Ella Naomi Rodriguez, 40, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Heroin: sentenced to 3 months jail, 1 year post-prison supervision, $200 fine, $2,300 fine-suspended and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to $200 fine.

•Brian Henry Bettencourt, 53, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Assault IV: sentenced to 40 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 2 years post-prison supervision and $200 fine; pleaded guilty to Attempt to Commit Class C Felony and Menacing: sentenced to 180 days Oregon Dept. of Corrections for each count; pleaded guilty to Resisting Arrest: sentenced to 180 days jail; pleaded guilty to Harassment and Disorderly Conduct II: sentenced to 90 days Oregon Dept. of Corrections; pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass II: sentenced to 30 days Oregon Dept. of Corrections.

•John Benjamin Vigil, 46, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine, $2,300 fine-suspended and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Tampering With a Witness: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service and $100 fine, plus court assessment; was convicted of Contempt of Court.

MISDEMEANOR

•Stephanie Sierra Carr, 22, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Attempt to Commit Class C Felony: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, $500 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Raymond Elsworth Dungan III, 40, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct II: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation, 20 hours community service, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.
