PENDLETON — The following suits have been filed in Umatilla County courts:

Judgments

PENDLETON — The following judgments have been rendered in Umatilla County courts:

PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Jimmy Boy Humbert, 29, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Attempt to Elude Police-vehicle; sentenced to 6 months jail, 1 year post-prison supervision, $140 fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension, plus court assessment; pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine; sentenced to 6 months jail, 1 year post-prison supervision, $140 fine and 6 months driver’s license suspension, plus court assessment.

•Lonnie Lynn Abbott, 41, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and Failure to Appear I; sentenced to $140 fine plus court assessment for each count; pleaded guilty to a second count of Possession of Methamphetamine; sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 120 hours community service, $440 fine, $1,500 fine-suspended and 6 months driver’s license suspension, plus court assessment.

MISDEMEANOR

•Cody Dustin Radant, 34, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to two counts of Failure to Perform Duties of Driver; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $40 fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension for each count, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to three counts of Recklessly Endangering Another and two counts of Assault IV; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $940 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, plus court assessment, for each count.

•Marco Antonio Garcia, 28, Payette, Idaho, was convicted of Failure to Carry/Present Operator’s License; sentenced to $240 fine plus court assessment.

•Brodey James Patrick Sullivan, 20, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Hindering Prosecution; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 100 hours community service, $690 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Tiofani Campos, 38, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Wildlife Violation; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $690 fine, $1,000 fine-suspended and 3 years hunting license suspension, plus court assessment.

•Kenneth R. Hess, 67, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Theft II; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $690 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Antonio Reco Reaves, 31, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Resisting Arrest; sentenced to 15 days jail, 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $40 fine and $900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended; sentenced to $40 fine plus court assessment.

•Tristin Cole Vanblokland, 20, Pendleton, pleaded no contest to Assault III; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 100 hours community service, $140 fine and $1,800 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Nathaniel Gregory Tilden Williams, 27, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Assault IV-domestic violence; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 40 hours community service, $140 fine and $1,300 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Strangulation-domestic violence and Resisting Arrest; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 40 hours community service and $40 fine, plus court assessment for each count.
