•Harry Pete McCormack, 39, Athena, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 90 days jail, 90 days jail-suspended, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, 160 hours community service, $2,255 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, plus lifetime revocation of driver’s license.
•J. Maston Wornell, 37, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 3 months DOC, 1 year post-prison supervision and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to three additional counts of Possession of Methamphetamine, Interfering with Peace/Parole/Probation Officer and Failure to Appear I: sentences discharged.
MISDEMEANOR
•Jesse Allen Salisbury, 30, Irrigon, pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.
•Wendy Lynn Long, 47, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass II: sentenced to 30 days jail and $100 fine.
•Kenneth Harold Cox III, 24, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,255 fine, $2,000 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.
