•Thomas Dee Payant, 23, MIlton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to three counts of Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 90 days Oregon Dept. of Corrections (DOC), 1 year post-prison supervision and 6 months driver’s license suspension for each count; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I: sentenced to 13 months DOC and 2 years post-prison supervision; pleaded guilty to two counts of Unlawful Entry of Motor Vehicle: sentenced to 90 days jail for each count, and restitution to be determined; pleaded guilty to two counts of Criminal Trespass II and one count each of Resisting Arrest and Giving False Information to Police: sentenced to 30 days jail for each count.
•Riley Laroy Thurman, 26, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to two counts of Fleeing/Attempting to Elude Police Officer: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $500 fine, $2,000 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension for each count; pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to $100 fine and $196.45 restitution; pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass II: sentenced to $100 fine.
•Mayro Mike Guzman, 26, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to felony Fleeing/Attempting to Elude Police: sentenced to 6 months jail, 1 year post-prison supervision, $200 fine and 1 year driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to misdemeanor Fleeing/Attempting to Elude Police and Reckless Driving: sentenced to 364 days jail, $100 fine and 1 year driver’s license suspension for each count; pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentence discharged.
•Jessica Mercedes Larson, 27, College Place, Wash., pleaded guilty to Possession of Oxycodone: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine and $1,800 fine-suspended (conditional discharge).
•Olga Lucero, 30, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Assault II: sentenced to 36 months DOC, 3 years post-prison supervision and restitution to be determined.
MISDEMEANOR
•Jose A. Pacheco-Morales, 32, Nampa, Idaho, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 60 days jail, 120 days jail-suspended, 30 months probation, 160 hours community service, $1,755 fine, $1,500 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.
•Rick Norman Gentner, 64, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 4 days jail, 176 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,255 fine, $2,000 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.
•Olivia Marie West, 32, Pendleton, was convicted of Criminal Trespass II: sentence to discharge.
•Shawn Howard Banks, 47, La Grande, pleaded guilty to Giving False Information to Police: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 80 hours community service, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.
